Hackathon data is hosted in Kazakhstan

Stavleak's primary database and uploaded files are hosted in Yandex Cloud, availability zone kz1-a, Karaganda.

How Stavleak protects event data

Organizers, jury members, and participants receive only the data and actions required for their role.

Separate roles: Organizers, participants, and jury members use different workspaces with different permissions.
Every action is checked: The platform verifies permissions before data is viewed or changed.
Access only to relevant data: Users see only the events, teams, and projects they belong to.
Private project materials: Team materials are available only to event users with the required role.
Private events: An event can stay out of the catalog or be limited to selected users.

Organizer: Manages organization events, participants, jury, and results.
Jury: Receives assigned projects and scoring criteria.
Participant: Sees the application, team, event materials, and their own project.

Access is separated by role, and private materials stay out of the public event page.
