Turn your algorithms, creativity, and ideas into real AI-powered solutions at the Summer GDG AI Hackathon, organized by Google Developer Group Taldykorgan.

As Kazakhstan continues its digital transformation in 2026, this hackathon gives developers, designers, students, and aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to become part of the growing Digital & AI Qazaqstan movement.

Participants will work in teams to develop innovative prototypes using artificial intelligence, modern frameworks, APIs, and digital technologies. The event is designed to strengthen programming skills, encourage effective teamwork, develop startup thinking, and help participants transform promising ideas into practical technology products.

Throughout the hackathon, teams will have access to comfortable working areas, stable Wi-Fi, coffee breaks, and pizza. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with members of the local IT community and experts from Jetisu Digital.

What to Expect

Participation Rules

Teams may include up to four members. Participation is limited to the first 10 teams that complete registration.

The use of modern AI frameworks, tools, and APIs is encouraged. However, every team must clearly understand its solution and be able to explain the project’s architecture, functionality, and technical decisions.

Projects must comply with ethical standards. Solutions that contain discrimination, harmful content, or promote illegal activities will not be accepted.
